Electronic document circulation ensures the electronic circulation of documents (EDC) at the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic. The EDC supports the entire lifecycle of a document from its creation, through processing, to its elimination or reliable long-term archiving. The solution secures the filing of paper documents, their subsequent digitalization, and the circulation of the document in a paperless form (i.e. electronic form). The EDC supports the keeping of records on the place where the physical document is stored. The solution can be used via a mobile application.
