At the end of October, the DMS Department launched a remote form of training for the area of Electronic Record Management Systems. In response to the current situation surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, the Department responded to demands of many of its clients. CISCO Webex video conferencing software is used for the training.
Participants do not have to install anything on their computer, all they need is a browser, headphones or speaker, microphone and quality internet access. As attested by individual lecturers, it was worth while opening the training room for registered participants a few days before the training to test access, incl. special telephone support throughout the online training.
Individual trainings are mainly focused on working with Electronic Record Management System, for either new or advanced users and system administrators. Other trainings are focused on work from the point of view of application roles in Electronic Record Management System and also on the activities of registry administrator, where, in addition to basics and advanced tasks, eShredding is also trained.
