ICZ a.s. became a partner of the Necessary Steps to Secure Healthcare Seminar – X Days After Cyber Attacks on Hospitals in Benešov, Brno, Ostrava and others. The seminar is a response to the increased number of cyber attacks on Czech hospitals and medical facilities. The main organizer is TATE International s.r.o., that organizes the event under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and Association of Regions of the Czech Republic. The event will take place on June 11, at the Prague Congress Center. Hospital and other medical facilities staff entry is free.
Speakers will be Dušan Chvojka (Na Homolce Hospital), Michaela Šelbická (Kosmonosy Psychiatric Hospital), Jan Kolbaba (Benešov Hospital), Adam Kučínský (NÚKIB), Tomáš Baier, Michal Opatřil and Ondřej Steiner as representatives of ICZ Group and other interesting guests. The main topic will be the causes and consequences of cyber attacks on hospitals in the Czech Republic. A model hospital shall be presented, its (in)dependence on IT technologies, including practical measures to increase security. Finally, a guide will be presented on what strategy to choose on the way to secure healthcare.
